Shahab Ghasemi was born in Tehran. In the year 1, he started his first performance with the Kurdistan Daf Band in Vahdat Hall, and after getting acquainted with the Chakavk group, he performed several concerts all over the country, and at the same time he started playing the dulcimer, tar and setar.

In the year 1, despite his young age, but a lot of experience and strong playing ability, he started teaching and in the same years he performed concerts with Sarmestan, Shoor Eshgh, Ashagh, Moshtaq, Simorgh, Mahboob and Ney Davood tambourines.

In 1995, he joined Iraj Bastami, a group of Homayoun, which resulted in several concerts in Iran and the album Tahrir Khial and Golponeh. In the following years, he played the daf in the albums “Rasva Eshgh” and “Shakhtai”.

In the year 1, he formed the Darvish group of daf players, and in these few years, he succeeded in making eight bells and four bells. In 1 year, he entered the Faculty of Music and continued his education in this field up to high levels.
